Work History
Currently I head the UX practice at Santander Consumer USA. During my 5 year tenure, I established and executed 2 important cornerstones - a design language system and integrated Design Thinking into the marketing workflow. Today qualitative and quantitative data informs all of our design decisions and through proven results, I’ve created a UX Researcher role and built a state of the art usability lab. My projects resulted in more than $11 million dollars in return on investment and a 17% increase in usability of our products.
Prior to joining Santander I worked for Honeywell where I managed consultants and lead large scale efforts that spanned the globe. I traveled 35% of time (domestic and international) to conduct ethnographic research, usability studies and moderated innovative workshops with executives and engineers. My projects resulted in more than $3 million dollars in return on investment and a 70% in reduction of redundancies for our customers and the company.
Prior to joining Honeywell I worked for American Airlines where I coordinated the rebranding efforts of American Airlines website and mobile web. In addition to the rebranding efforts, I managed the release of a UX Portal that included a design language to reflect the rebranding efforts, resources and a repository for deliverables.
